Following Other Members

So I am used to my other board, where I will get the digest emailed to me and then I am reminded to come to the site to see what is going on. The only thing I have found here is to follow members. So I am following everybody and hopefull that will generate an email or a notice when someone posts something.

I did this by clicking on "members" then next to each person's name, I put a checkmark then under actions, I selected "follow".
